Delivery Information


1. Free delivery can be provided if the amount of consumption over HKD1000 (consumable products eg. Diaper , are not applicable), except for remote areas.

        Remote areas: Hong Kong International Airport, Hong Kong Disneyland, Ocean Park, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai Australia and any area where trucks are prohibited from entering

2. Delivery ship outside Hong Kong, shipping fee will 

3. Consumable products (eg. Diaper, Feeding products & Test Strips etc.) require over HKD1500 amount of consumption for free delivery. 

4. Purchase of consumption under HKD1000, self-pickup or charged delivery can be selected

5. Delivery Time: In-stock products will deliver within one week

6. Before delivery, we will arrange a delivery date by phone call

7. Each order is limited to one address of delivery.

8. Delivery service is provided on Monday to Friday, no delivery services in public holidays.
